Mom Panel!!
At our last meeting we had a wonderful time socializing and enjoying a delicious breakfast spread provided by Dunkin' Donuts. (coffee, tea, OJ, bagels, muffins and donuts)
Breakfast was followed by lots of laughs during our Ice Breaker. Everyone divided up into two teams, a team member from each would walk up to the center where a sheet was held up between two moms. When the sheet was removed the challenge began as each lady had to quickly call out one-another's name. It was a fun way to place faces with names.
The rest of our time together was dedicated to our Mom Panel.
This year we had a very diverse panel of seasoned mothers answering questions. Topics included sibling rivalry; potty training; discipline; cultivating our children's strengths and gifts as well as strategies on nurturing needs and celebrating the differences of both boys and girls.
